We view each other as partners and co-creators. Together, under Georgi and Dora's guidance, we build a temporary team of internal and external expert collaborators. We drive the project as a joint entrepreneurial endeavour. Our team interactions are organized as agile work sessions (not meetings!) facilitated by wildchild. There, the team shares results, co-creates, learns, and takes decisions in action. We don't talk about the future of work.
